Brake Bleeder Kit

The AS-301 Brake Bleeder Kit consists of a combination of a high-pressure hose, pressure gauge, and needle valve. These components are combined to simplify the process of bleeding, troubleshooting, and verifying the function of the Falcon brake system. The AS-301 is supplied in a rugged box for convenient storage or shipping. 

The AS-301 Brake Bleeder Kit fits all Falcons 

*except  the late serial numbered F2000s with the heavy landing gear.

Those heavy gear have a 1/4-24 bleeder screw on the gear. 

Screw thread adapters from

1/4-24 threads to 10-32 threads are available on request, so the AS-301 Brake Bleeder Kit will work on the late serial number F2000s.

The AS-301 Brake Bleeder Kit will work on any aircraft that has a 10-32 Bleeder Screw on the brakes.

Aircraft system hydraulic pressure is required

** to be up to pressure to use the AS-301 Brake Bleeder Kit.

** This can be done with a hydraulic mule, an on-board auxiliary hydraulic pump, or using an engine hydraulic pump, Hydraulic Pump Drive,  like the HP-100 listed on this website
